We’re looking for Seasonal Resort Assistants to join our friendly Resort Services team for the 2026 season. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors and being part of a busy team, this could be a great opportunity.
About the role
As a Seasonal Resort Assistant, you’ll help keep Southend Pier and the surrounding seafront running smoothly while providing a warm welcome to visitors.

Supporting the smooth running of the pier railway
Helping with events and activities taking place on the pier
Carrying out patrols along the pier and seafront
Checking lifesaving equipment and reporting hazards

Friendly and approachable
