Unfortunately no dogs are allowed anywhere on Southend Pier, this is except for guide and assistance dogs - which we request are kept on a lead at all times.

We offer discounted entry to visitors over 60, disabled visitors and a carer, and students with valid student ID.

Public toilets are located at the Pier entrance and at the Pier Head. There are disabled facilities in all public toilets on the Pier.

Bikes, scooters, skateboards and roller skates are not to be used on the Pier.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on every area of the Pier, this includes vapes and e-cigarettes.

There is no parking at the front of Southend Pier, check the Southend-on-Sea City Council website for nearest car parks. Cars may drop passengers off at the drop off point at the West entrance to Southend Pier, next to Adventure Island. There is ample parking along the seafront and in the town centre, with bays for disabled parking.
