THE HERD HAS ARRIVED!

Herd in the City has stomped into Southend, creating a free family art trail that leaves an impression!

46 large elephant sculptures and 72 baby elephants have been nestled amongst the iconic landmarks of Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea and Shoeburyness (Including Southend Pier!). 

Each elephant has its own unique design and personality, making art accessible to all. Each unique, individually designed, elephant and baby elephant will be part of the spectacular outdoor art trail. The large elephants, each sponsored by a business, will then be auctioned off to raise vital funds for Havens Hospices’ specialist palliative care.

The art trail is completely free to follow and gives you the chance to become a tourist in your own city.
